Abstract:
Employee green behavior is very important in creating sustainable company performance. Organizations are expected to be more responsible for increasing their role and environmental awareness through green knowledge management and green innovation. This research aims to analyze the influence of green knowledge management and green innovation on employee green behavior with top management support as a moderating variable. The research method was carried out using quantitative methods using structural equation modeling (SEM) statistical analysis with Partial Least Squares (PLS) software. The population in this study were employees, with a research sample of 160 people, and the sampling technique used was random sampling. The research results prove that 1) Green knowledge management influences employee green behavior. 2) Green innovation influences employee green behavior. 3) Top management support influences employee green behavior. 4) Top management support does not moderate the influence of green knowledge management and green innovation on employee green behavior. Finally, this research provides suggestions for organizations in providing ways to motivate employee green behavior.
