The Mercu Buana Ecobiz Energy International Conference: Human Capital and Youth Involvement for Sustainable Energy

This collection contains selected articles based on papers delivered at the Mercu Buana Ecobiz Energy International Conference held in Jakarta, on 23-24 July 2024. This event was hosted by the Universitas Mercu Buana. The conference aimed to share practical and innovative solutions and best practices relating to green innovation and work management, with a particular emphasis on sustainable workforce development, communication, and human resource management, among other topics.

This KnE Social Sciences special issue contains 18 peer-reviewed articles exploring new advancements in sustainable energy practices, green knowledge management, employee performance, strategic planning, and leadership. This special issue also highlights navigating tax allowances, awareness among youth in adopting sustainable energy, and energy transition. This special issue also examines the impact of waste management and green energy initiatives in the banking sector, digital transformation, environment, and health.

These articles will be of interest to academics, students or professionals researching or working in the energy sector, business, policy, banking and finance, and global transition toward cleaner energy.
