Abstract:

The first section of this paper considers the Al-Asifiyayh school in terms of its origin and the most prominent of its students. The second section examines the jurisprudence books that were studied in the school, considering the scholars who wrote and studied these books, and discussing how the previous scholars paid attention in terms of explanation, summarization, and transcription. Because of their importance, those books caught the respect of the publication houses. They were printed in several editions in more than one house, an indication that they were highly valued.
