In the face of interconnected global challenges like economic downturns and supply chain vulnerabilities attention has turned to climate change as a pressing concern. This literature review examines various dimensions of corporate sustainability, emphasizing corporate sustainable performance, green human capital (GHC), green relational capital (GRC), green innovation (GI), and knowledge management systems (KMS). It analyzes the environmental and financial aspects of corporate sustainability performance, highlighting the broader societal and environmental implications of corporate activities. GHC underscores the integration of human resources with environmental awareness to drive environmentally friendly practices, while GRC emphasizes collaborative relationships with stakeholders to effectively manage corporate environmental issues. GI explores eco-innovation as a means to achieve sustainable development objectives, emphasizing innovation’s role in mitigating environmental impacts. KMS is explored as a framework for managing organizational knowledge, focusing on knowledge acquisition, storage, utilization, and sharing. By synthesizing insights from diverse literature sources, this review illuminates the critical role of sustainability initiatives in contemporary business contexts, offering directions for future research and practical implementation.
