Humans have three intelligences at once: intelligence quotient (IQ), emotional quotient (EQ), and spiritual quotient (SQ). These three intelligences play an important role in the individual’s life. Especially the spiritual intelligence or SQ greatly influences the individual’s life. When the individual has good spiritual intelligence, they can live their life peacefully and easily and solve their problems. Conversely, when the individual has poor spiritual intelligence, it will be the opposite. There are several ways to improve individual’s spiritual intelligence, one of which is by doing dhikr or remembering Allah SWT. One type of dhikr carried out by Jam’iyyah Ruqiyah Aswaja ( JRA) Al-Mansur Kota Bandar Lampung is Rotib al-Haddad and Wirdu Sakron. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of Islamic guidance with the method of Rotib Al Haddad and Wirdu Sakron in improving SQ. This is a field research that is descriptive qualitative in nature. The data source for this research is taken from primary data sources obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. Several informants were selected using purposive sampling techniques. These informants are the head of Jam’iyyah Ruqiyah Aswaja ( JRA) Al-Mansur Kota Bandar Lampung who provide Islamic guidance, practitioners of Jam’iyyah Ruqiyah Aswaja ( JRA) Al-Mansur Kota Bandar Lampung who provide Islamic guidance, and also members of Jam’iyyah Ruqiyah Aswaja ( JRA) Al-Mansur Kota Bandar Lampung who provide Islamic guidance. Meanwhile, the secondary data sources in this study were obtained from books, previous research, and journals related to this study. The results show that the Islamic guidance given by Jam’iyyah Ruqiyah Aswaja ( JRA) Al-Mansur Kota Bandar Lampung with the method of Rotib al-Haddad, and Wirdu Sakron resulted in an increase in the spiritual intelligence of the practitioners from Jam’iyyah Ruqiyah Aswaja ( JRA) Al-Mansur Kota Bandar Lampung.
