Secondary data sources are books, journals, theses, recordings, photos, and other internet sources. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the stages of the hypnotherapy process for clients with animal phobia at Graha Hipnoterapi Metro Lampung include five steps, namely: starting with pre-induction where the therapist builds rapport or builds trust with the client, identifies the client’s problems and determines the goals to be achieved in the hypnotherapy process. Then, induction, where the process of the client with animal phobia is made to relax from beta, alpha, and theta to enter a deeper trance. Afterwards, deepening, which makes the client more focused than before by making him very comfortable with the current situation. Then hypnotic suggestion to provide suggestions to the client to recover or change as expected. The final step is termination, namely to normalize the client’s condition as before without deleting the suggestions that have been implanted in the client’s subconscious mind.
