This study aims to determine the strategy of the General Election Commission (KPU) of Bandar Lampung City in fulfilling the political rights of persons with disabilities. The challenges faced in fulfilling these rights are limited accessibility, which hinders the expression of political aspirations, and the fact that many of their rights remain unmet. This study employs a qualitative method with a field research approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data, with data collection methods including interviews, observation, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the strategy of the KPU of Bandar Lampung City in fulfilling the political rights of persons with disabilities includes making it easier for them to participate in the election. The KPU of Bandar Lampung City provides accessibility according to the specific needs of different types of disabilities. The strategy of the KPU of Bandar Lampung City from the perspective of siyasah tanfidziyah (executive governance in Islamic political theory), shows that the KPU has carried out its duties as the implementing institution for elections, responsible for organizing and striving to fulfill the political rights of persons with disabilities.
