This qualitative study examines the systematic approach to civil law within Sahih Bukhari. By delving into the hadith collection, the study reveals a well-structured and comprehensive system of civil law tailored to the societal needs of the time of the Prophet Muhammad. The findings also highlight the influence of the socio-cultural context on the systematic approach to civil law within the collection. The research method employed is qualitative, involving an in-depth analysis of Sahih Bukhari to identify the systematic structure of civil law discussed therein. The findings indicate that Sahih Bukhari presents a well-structured and comprehensive system of civil law, designed to meet the needs of society during the time of the Prophet Muhammad. Furthermore, the study reveals the impact of the social and cultural context of that era on the systematic approach to civil law within the hadith collection.
