Abstract:

Allah (glory to him) has created man in the best manner, and guided the believers among them to his straight path, so they won the good of this world and the afterlife, and one of the marvels of the miracle of our law is that He did not leave any aspect of human life without having an explanation for it, and among other things He made clear its limits and defined its restrictions, changing one’s character. By Allah, it is one of the topics that has sparked a lot of debate from a legal perspective that is currently taking place. , and the changes that occur to human creation; For various reasons and with various suspicions that call for changing one’s shape and changing one’s character, this matter has spread widely and through various means, especially electronic and technological development, which has helped spread this phenomenon among Muslims. I wanted to look into these suspicions, and collect the texts contained in that, to determine what is permissible and what is forbidden, and to provide a contemporary reading on changing the character of men, by reviewing the opinions of jurists and commentators and the contemporary fatwas issued in this regard. This research includes four demands, preceded by an introduction and ending with results and recommendations. Then, it was documented with research sources and references.
