Abstract:

This paperfocuses onthe impact of public policy on women’s empowerment in the coastal area. This qualitative study was conducted using in-depth interviews and FGD dan observations 30 women who participated in training and received a loan from the Rural Poverty Reduction Program. The results revealthat implementingpublic policiespositively impacts increasing family income; however, it is less focused on coastal women’s welfare. Therefore, it is recommended to integratereproductive health information through women’s empowerment channels.
