Abstract:
The occurrence of two venerid bivalves, Timoclea (Chioneryx) scabra (Hanley) and Clamentia vatneleti Mabille, in coastal water of Sidoarjo, East Java, Indonesia is reported. They are described and illustrated based on the local specimens collected. Based on available published materials, these two species collected are new records at Sidoarjo Coastal water.
