The International Conference on Teaching, Learning and Technology 2024 (ICTLT 2024)

This collection contains selected papers from the International Conference on Teaching, Learning and Technology (ICTLT) 2024 held in Cimahi, on 20th November 2024. This event was hosted by the Elementary School Teacher Education of Institut Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (IKIP) Siliwangi.

This KnE Social Sciences issue contains 40 peer-reviewed articles that explore various themes within the field of digital transformation in education, including innovative practices in teaching and learning, and science and social impact in education.  In the rapidly evolving digital era, education faces numerous new challenges that require innovative solutions and a deep understanding. Information and communication technology has fundamentally transformed how we learn, teach, and manage educational systems. This special issue sheds light on the use of models such as the RADEC (read, answer, discuss, explain, and create) model to improve creative thinking abilities and skills, the ADDIE model as an assessment instrument for learning, and a digital-based Multiliteracy model for enhancing early reading skills, and the Social Science and Natural Science models for developing Indonesian citizens' personalities. It focuses on developing text-based approaches and conceptual learning for teachers and students, evaluating students through various assessments, and implementing problem-based models. The articles in this issue also assess problem-solving and design skills, utilise digital technology to enrich narrative text learning content in schools, and analyse student creativity through empirical and theoretical approaches, including value education and financial literacy..
