The International Conference of Psychology 2025 (IcoPsy 2025)
This collection contains selected articles based on papers delivered at the International Conference of Psychology 2025 (IcoPsy 2025) held in Malang, on June 14, 2025. This event was hosted by the Faculty of Psychology, State University of Malang.
The conference aimed to share practical and innovative solutions and best practices in issues, particularly focusing on “Mental health for sustainable futures: Integrating psychology, technology, and global development goals.” It focused on engaging in meaningful and fostering collaborative efforts in advancing mental health and developing sustainable cities, among other topics.
This KnE Social Sciences special issue contains 30 peer-reviewed articles exploring new advancements in psychology, with a central focus on analysing students' health, well-being, and behaviour, self-acceptance in cases of physical disabilities, decision-making, self-disclosures, and psychological stress and emotional well-being, and gender equality. This special issue also highlights advancements in developing smart cities and communities, economic growth, loyalty and satisfaction toward customers, special education for teachers, environmental awareness, and social media awareness amongst the youth.
These papers will be of interest to academics, students or professionals researching or working on psychological theory and practice in diverse contexts.
