Strengthening Maritime Culture with Humanistic Value in Enrichment Books of Bahasa Indonesia

Abstract:
This study is aimed at (1) investigating the need for developing enrichment books of Bahasa Indonesia based on maritime culture with humanistic value; (2) developing enrichment books of Bahasa Indonesia based on maritime culture with humanistic value;and(3)presentingtheexperts’judgementontheprototypeofenrichmentbooks of Bahasa Indonesia based on maritime culture with humanistic value. This research employed Research and Development (R&D) done in five steps. The results of this study are the enrichment books of Bahasa Indonesia based on the maritime culture withhumanisticvalue.Thedevelopedproductcanbeusedastheaccompanyingbook which can help the students improve their language skills.
